Set up of the Minute with Meagan

Meagan had a problem that many girls (and guys) seem to have. She wanted a longboard...but didn't have one! Here at Alpine, we're all about problem solving and we worked with her to rectify this issue. After looking at "regular" skateboards, there was a bit of time spent on some shorter longboards (an oxymoron if there ever was one), but she just wasn't feeling them.

Then...there was the Santa Cruz Jeff Kendall Re-issue deck (yes...that's a signature up in the upper right corner from Mr Jeff Kendall, himself!) that she kept coming back to and before we knew it, the decision was made. This deck got put together as a cruiser...Orangatang Wheels with some Gullwing Trucks? And they match?...yes, please!

Set up of the minute with John

John wanted a skateboard with smooth riding capabilities. So Matt came up with this sweet set up. Take an Old Roscopp Re issue and put some gullwing longboard trucks and arbor wheels on it. Voila. Instant Hotness. This deck is super smooth and One of a kind. John will not have to worry about having the same deck as anyone else. This is surely one of a kind. Enjoy the ride John, and thanks.
