Mechanics Working overtime

Look here at Matty and the "Josh" trying to push out all the work in the back. Hell, I was even back there today for 2 hours drilling some skis. Everyone is stoked that the mountains are opening up. But people please come pick up your stuff. It's all done, and we need the room. Feel free to stock the beer fridge as well. Thanks for your support.

The Josh Misses the 180

Josh Omwake 180 to his head from Alpine Ski Shop on Vimeo.

Josh called his trick, and I pulled out my ghetto camera and filmed this. Sorry for the quality, but the landing is all that needs to be seen.

Tuesday at Liberty Resort

I took the morning off to go up to Liberty mountain on Tuesday. Still tons of snow on the drive up there. The winds were whipping and I saw a sweet 18 wheeler jackknife on the opposite side of 15.
I met up with "The Josh" and we made some turns. He just got some new Scott skis and I wanted to see what he could do with them. The Bumps on the backside were killer and I spent a good hour there. The new ace of spades boots were much better day 2. Josh was killing in the park, but more on that later.
The jumps were hairy and the park was pristine. We ran into Little Josh (Everyones favorite Sub Rep), and we rode on what was a beautiful day. Looks like Liberty is going to have snow for quite a while. I heard it through good authority that they may extend their season and blow snow when they start losing some.

"The Josh" has left the building

You heard correct, Josh Omwake has left us for a 2nd time and is in Utah as we speak. I just received word from him that he is looking at a fresh foot of snow at the canyons, and he is going to find the freshies. Good luck Josh, and have fun. We will miss him, and we will keep you updated as to his shenanigans. If you are heading out to Utah and want to ride with him, email us and we will get you hooked up.

"The Josh" got a new kit!

Big thanks go out to Jonny Burns from the Southofthenorth.com, for hooking up "The Josh" with this sweet new kit. He is rocking the Andreas Wiig jacket from vans and pants to match. Look for "The Josh" out at the local mountains up until Jan 30th. Then he will be making his trek out west.
You heard right, he is moving back out to Utah and will be killing it come February 5th. I am sure he will make some turns with you if you head out there.

The Josh is doing some tuning.

The wintersteiger is humming as The Josh gets customers skis and decks ready for the snow. All local mountains are opening tomorrow. This is the earliest I can remember. Tuned equipment rides a lot better, so bring it in and let the man in the back make your skis and boots look like new again.

Helly Hansen Granite Jacket

The "Josh" is modeling Helly Hansens new Granite insulated jacket. The color on this is light crystal/ebony. He has the Casper pant on in Ebony(grey). This is a great technical outfit that has some clean style. The jacket has all waterproof zippers and is lightly insulated with 2m thinsulate. It is loaded with pockets and pit zips. Helly Hansen is known for its high quality products.
The pants are super clean and at only $150, they do not break the bank.
