Set up of the Minute with Erich

He wanted a new deck and was on an older version of the T Rice, so why not get the fresh new one. This set up is ridiculous. It has C2 BTX technolgy and will seriously kill it down the mountain. Add GiGi's Union Binder to this set up and you have one sweet ride. So thanks Erich, and have a great season.

I know it's Rocktober, But remember last winter?

I came across this shot while doing some work in Picassa. I admit that I don't fully understand picassa, but I can upload right to the blog. Here is the first dump of last season with Brandon holding one of the coveted sleds that no one had in stock except us. Check out the rad Coal hat on his head and that sweet 686 jacket. Yeah winter was great, and we hope it happens like that again this year. Bring on the big 2 foot dumps of snow. And bring on some sledding weather, and this year we'll build an even bigger jump.

Set up That I can't keep up with

There have been so many DOPE set ups that have gone out this week. My slackness has brought NONE of them to the blog. You would think that I should give all my time to this page, but at this time I am slacking. Today alone I saw a skate banana and a skunk ape go out with electric lime binders, and I got no shot. I saw 2 capita's leave the store .... noo shot. I need to work harder not smarter. Sorry.. Here are 2 from the archives (last week) that went out. Above is a ruckus with some bent metals and below is a custom binder on a park pickle.
Stop in soon, as all the boards alpine has are quickly leaving the store.

Arbor Draft 2010 Snowboard

Arbor changed factories this season and it allowed them to make some decks they were unable to produce in the past. This is a prime example. This seasons draft is coming with brass edges, reverse camber, and grip tech sidecut. Dubbed the "Hannah Montana Banana", this is a park slayers dream. the brass edges provide catch free grinds, and the rocker allows for rock star like riding. A nice medium flex makes this just about perfect for anyone from the weekend warrior to the mountain rat.
